A fleet management app: trips, expenses and service in order

Drivers record trips and the odometer from the phone. Allowances and expenses are approved by the fleet admin.

Problems you may recognise

  • Kilometres and fuel do not add up

Trip logs are handwritten and hard to match with the receipts.

  • Trip allowances are hard to account for

Advances and trip expenses are recorded apart from the trip itself.

  • Service dates are missed

A vehicle's service history is scattered over invoices and notes.

What you gain

  • Odometer photos

The start and end of each trip are recorded with an odometer photo.

  • Expenses with proof

Trip allowances and expenses are requested with proof and approved by the fleet admin.

  • History per vehicle

Service is recorded per vehicle with its cost and the next service kilometres.

How it works

  1. Register the vehicles

The fleet admin registers vehicles per branch.

  2. The driver starts the trip

The driver records the destination and photographs the odometer at the start.

  3. Finish and claim expenses

At the end the odometer is photographed again and expenses are submitted for approval.
