An attendance summary for payroll that is ready, not recalculated

Download attendance, lateness, leave and overtime per pay period in Excel, and prepare monthly reports per site for clients.

HR and finance staff review the monthly summary

Problems you may recognise

  • Month end spent on summaries

HR gathers attendance from many sites before payroll can be calculated.

  • Attendance figures are disputed

Without daily detail, differences in hours are hard to explain to employees.

  • Clients ask for proof of service

Attendance, patrol and cleaning reports are put together by hand every month.

What you gain

  • Ready for your payroll system

A summary per employee and daily detail in Excel, with decimal hours that add up easily.

  • Your own pay period

The summary follows the start day of the company's pay period, per branch.

  • Monthly client reports

One report per site: attendance, lateness, patrols, incidents and cleaning, to Excel or PDF.

How it works

  1. Pick a branch and period

Choose the branch and the pay month to summarise.

  2. Check the summary

See days present, late, absent, leave and overtime per employee.

  3. Download or print

Download Excel for payroll or print the client report to PDF.
