An employee shift scheduling app that builds rosters from patterns
Build a shift pattern once, apply it to a team or site, then publish the roster. Holidays, leave and overtime are recorded with it.

Problems you may recognise
Rosters rebuilt in a spreadsheet every week
Rotating patterns and night shifts are copied by hand and easily wrong.
Attendance is not matched with the roster
It is hard to know who was late or absent when roster and attendance live apart.
Roster changes go unrecorded
Last-minute shift swaps make the month-end summary differ from what happened.
What you gain
One pattern, repeated
Fixed and rotating patterns are built once, and the roster is formed for the periods ahead.
Attendance compared with the roster
Lateness, absences and unscheduled clock-ins are detected against the published roster.
A history of roster changes
Every published roster keeps its revisions, so changes can be traced.
How it works
Create shifts and patterns
Set shift times and a work pattern, for example morning, afternoon, night, then days off.
Apply them to the team
Assign the pattern to groups or employees at their work sites.
Publish the roster
Check the roster calendar, then publish. Attendance is compared with it.

Questions about this feature
Are night shifts past midnight supported?
Yes. An end time earlier than the start time means the shift ends the next day.
What about public holidays?
Holidays are set in the company calendar and show on the roster.
Can rosters differ per site?
Yes. Rosters are built per work site, and shift times follow that site's time zone.
Are leave and overtime linked to the roster?
Yes. Leave and overtime are requested, approved through the approval flow, and recorded in the attendance summary.
