A security guard patrol app that proves the round was made
Guards scan the QR checkpoint at every post along the route, while incidents, guests and shift handovers are recorded from the phone.

Problems you may recognise
Paper patrol logs clients do not trust
Signatures in a patrol book are hard to prove and easy to fill in afterwards.
Incidents reported in chat
Photos and timelines are scattered over groups and hard to gather for a report.
Clients ask for a monthly report
Putting together patrols and incidents per site takes time every month end.
What you gain
Proof at every checkpoint
Each checkpoint scan records its time. An incomplete patrol is plain to see.
Incidents with photos
Incident reports carry photos, a priority and resolution notes.
Reports for clients
Patrols and incidents go into the monthly report per site, ready for Excel or PDF.
How it works
Set the checkpoints
An admin creates the checkpoints of a site in route order, prints their labels and puts them up.
Guards patrol
Guards open patrol mode on the phone and scan every checkpoint on their route.
Supervisors follow it
Patrol status, incidents and the guest book are visible per site on the dashboard.
